One word describes this Site, “Mastery”. Our site is all about mastery of the essential skills and insights that enable people to rapidly solve the problems that impede Workplace Relationships. We continuously work to deliver a site that leaves no one “out of the skills-building loop”.

From the start, the complexity of our mission introduced a number of challenges that could not be easily resolved using the common problem-solving approaches familiar to teams and organizations. Believe me, resolving these challenges was not a trivial exercise.

Ultimately, the realization of our vision required a Deep Technology. It required a multi-media, multi-format, virtual environment suitable for delivering an expansive range of courses, seminars, blogs, unique certifications, and globally available, potent evidence-based solutions delivered in rapid, real time. Ultimately, we decided to introduce a Podcast to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide an anchor as people begin to drift into unfamiliar territory. Clearly realizing that unresolved problems among team members can generate “asymmetrical relations of power” that increase conflict among colleagues and reduce performance, we had to introduce an approach that simplified and accelerated problem-solving.

Beyond this, we further unified several distinct knowledge environments to form a single highly potent Deep Intelligence Environment (DIE) to deliver our evidence-based, Applied Intuitive Solutions™. This DIE enables organizations and teams to identify and solve problems more effectively and rapidly than previously possible. After many years in development, our site delivers content for everyone and everywhere, from Intern to CEO. This site also delivers the courses, programs, and certifications of the Systems Management Institute.
