Some of us have been doing Coaching and designing coaching programs before there were courses and programs. In facts some of the coaches who work as coaches today created the courses that educated the coaches that are working today. Some of us did not call it coaching. We referred to it has client engagement and so forth. It meant assisting clients with their social job skills education and development or the development of their Workplace Relationships. —RLN
