Well-balanced people want to form well-balanced committees. If you see a committee where everyone behaves, thinks, and reacts the same way about the same things with little divergent thinking, you do not have a potent committee. You have a fan club. You can sell your autographs to the members, but you will never sell your ideas to the larger populations unless they are populated with sycophants. And that’s another problem. —RLN
