Recommended Curriculum for Certification Level Three

At Level Three, Insider Threat Prevention Director, you are expected to know how to apply the Principles of Behavioral Design to Conflict Prevention. Here you apply a wide range of Human Science concepts and methods to Insider Threat Prevention. Here you should become comfortable with:

  • Behavioral principles of self-control

  • Description of Mental Models

  • Communication processes and messaging

  • Ten Law governing the scarcity of capacity

  • Newkirk’s Ten Laws of scarcity management

  • Approaches for resolving conflict
