Effective Business Relationships (EBR) is the logical conclusion to the initiatives emerging within other industries such as Quick Response and Efficient Consumer Response. Additionally, I present a method for developing your own Vision and to define your particular EC oriented business strategy. I commence the "EBR Visioning Process" by asking the question "How could we do business differently"? The Visioning Process employs EBR as the management component of the answer and the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) as the enabler of the business strategy.
