The human landscape is marked by innumerable choices. We know only the past but live in the future. We are backward knowing but future thinking. This slants our view of reality. Regardless of our approach to life, our ignorance forever remains infinite and our wisdom finite. We always know less than we can know. The horizon of knowledge is forever retreating from us. This is our human condition. Our way out, of course, is God. He is there to guide and care for us and enable us to become what He created us to become, sons and daughters and heirs of the Kingdom. He offers us a Holy Relationship. This is why we will never rest until we rest in Him. He made us for himself. When will we ever learn that everything is not about us? It is about Him. Everything.
